For both our bulk and bagged cement products we have made a six-point Cement Service Promise commitment to our customers regarding the most important elements of your buying experience with CEMEX.

 

Our 6 Service Cornerstones for Bulk Products

 

  • We will ensure that the performance of our products meets specifications with continuous quality controls, notifying you of deviations in advance.
  • We will archive all of your invoices and certificates making them electronically available to you to access at your convenience.
  • We will process orders and deliver on time at least 95% of the time.
  • We will endeavour to fulfil deliveries the next working day for orders placed before 3.00pm during our normal working week.
  • We will respond to all customer enquiries and complaints within 24 hours.
  • We will endeavour to resolve all invoice queries within 28 days.
