This huge, mixed-use development of $ 450 million (which occupies a full block), includes a three-level underground parking lot, four medium-height commercial office buildings, approximately 33,000 square meters (355,000 square feet) of office space, around 1,200 square meters (13,000 square feet) of commercial space and a residential tower of 193 units.

The construction of On Vine is nearing completion. The development of 50,600 square meters (545,000 square feet) is expected to be ready in early 2020.
