M20 PLASTERED/ RENDERED/ ROUGHCAST COATINGS

220 MULTICOAT PROPRIETARY PLASTER:

CEMEX Mortars standard plaster, Ready to use plaster and Lime:Sand Mortar are designed for use as internal plaster where a strong, impact resistant finish is required. The standard plaster must be mixed with cement before use. To achieve the required strength of mortar, the correct mix of sand & lime must be specified.

Mortar designation 1 requires a 1:3 cement to premixed lime & sand mix (at 1:12 lime to sand proportions) to produce mix proportions of 1: ¼: 3. Mortar designation 2 requires a 1:4-4½ cement to premixed lime & sand mix (at 1:9 lime to sand proportions) to produce mix proportions of 1: ½: 4 to 4½ Mortar designation 3 requires a 1:5-6 cement to premixed lime & sand mix (at 1:6 lime to sand proportions) to produce mix proportions of 1: 1: 5 to 6 Mortar designation 4 requires a 1:8-9 cement to premixed lime & sand mix (at 1:4½ lime to sand proportions) to produce mix proportions of 1: 2: 8 to 9

When coloured render is used, only the final coat need contain pigment. The range of 13 colours available in 3 shades plus Natural gives 40 standard options.
Non-standard colours can also be provided to order.
