Once the site audit and the risk assessment has been carried out, the next step is the installation.
See below some of the main activities that are involved in the installation of Smart SiloTM. |
- Silos are prepped prior to fitting strain gauges;
- Test gauge used prior to fitting load cells;
- Wiring is protected in waterproof casings;
- A transformer box is fixed and wired to the support leg ;
- Installation is required in the batcher's cabin;
- Finished installation in the batchers cabin;
- Smart SiloTM branding will be fixed to the orb box;
- Smart SiloTM branding will be attached to the fixed support leg.
