All concrete railway sleepers and crossing bearers are produced to Network Rail specification. BSI accredited ISO9002 quality assurance and Link-Up accreditation. Products are rigorously tested in a state-of-the-art on-site laboratory.

Complementary products/additional information
Due to their nature of application every crossing bearer needs to be made to measure. Specialist drilling apparatus is used for this at the rail product factory at Washwood Heath in Birmingham.

Stepsafe
Our Stepsafe modular platform system is an innovative means of building or extending railway platforms. It is a pre-cast concrete modular cantilever platform system comprising crosshead units installed onto site-specific foundations. These support longitudinal beams which in turn support the deck units.
