Corporate identity changes

Following the acquisition of RMC Group by CEMEX earlier this year, we are implementing changes to our corporate identity in the UK.

On July 22, CEMEX UK Operations made changes to its registered company names and trading names to eliminate references to RMC and embed the CEMEX name.

These are name changes only and will not affect the registered company numbers of these companies. All contracts, terms and conditions remain the same and trading relationships continue as normal.
